Receptionist/Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are a mid-sized print and imaging and direct mail center seeking a receptionist/sales and marketing assistant. Candidates need to be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client centric environment. While experience working in a print and graphics environment would be a plus, it is not necessary. For the right person, this position has plenty of room for advancement. Job responsibilities include general office duties such as, but not limited to, answering phones, filing, accounts receivable and handling mail. In addition, the candidate will work directly with the president and sales and marketing team to provide the excellent level of service our clients have come to expect. This is a position specially designed to train a smart, aggressive individual to advance quickly within the company.
